Bo Zhu is the managing partner of the firm. He obtained his LL.B from Eastern China University of Political Science and Law in 1990 and LL.M in International Economic Law from Fudan University in 1999. He has been a Chinese qualified lawyer since 1994. His specialties are: general corporate practice, maritime law, civil aviation law, contract law, real property, commercial paper, foreign direct investment, intellectual property and civil and maritime litigation and arbitration.

Sharon Li is a partner of the firm. She graduated from Jiao Tong University in 1983 and received further education from Shanghai University Law School, Fudan University and Shanghai University of Technology. She obtained her qualification in 1988. She is a licensed patent lawyer and company registration lawyer, and also qualified to practice securities law. She practiced law at Shanghai No. 1 Law Firm and Bei Lin Law Firm before joining Wyselead. Her practice areas include general corporate law, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, securities, IPOs, international trade,intellectual property, real estate, construction, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.

Hongliang Liu is a partner of the firm. He obtained his LL.B from Shanghai University Law School in 1992 and LL.M from Macquarie University in Australia in 1997. He became qualified in China in 1993. He practiced at Li Guo Ji Law Firm in Shanghai and Hunt & Hunt, an Australian firm, before he joined Wyselead. He is specialized in general corporate law, foreign direct investment, mergers & acquisitions and dispute resolution matters. He is also an arbitrator of Shanghai Arbitration Commission.

Mr. Bin He is an Of Counsel of the firm. He was one of the founding partners of the firm and formerly the managing partner. He obtained his LL.B and LL.M from Fudan University in 1991 and 1999, respectively. He received further legal education from SOAS Institute in London and had his placement with the London and Hong Kong offices of a major UK solicitors’ firm and barristers’ chambers in London. He obtained his qualification in China in 1994. He is specialized in general corporate law, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, franchising, venture capital, e-commerce, intellectual property, and civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.

Shuliang Wang is a senior consultant of the firm. He obtained his LL.B from East China University of Political Science and Law in 1984 and LL.M. from Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences in 1987. He received further legal training from University of Washington in St. Louis, U.S.A. His focus of practice is on general corporate law, contract law, real estate, security law, aviation torts, foreign direct investment, employment and civil litigation and arbitration. He is also an associate research fellow of the Law Institute of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences.

Bill Shouyun Tong is a senior consultant of the firm. He was formerly a legislative official of the PRC National People’s Congress. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1990 and became qualified in the United States in 1991. After his qualifications in the United States, he practiced with a U.S. firm in the United States for five years and with Allen & Overy Beijing for six years. He joined Wyselead in 2002. He has extensive experience in general corporate practice, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, employment, property, dispute resolution and regulatory matters.

Luca Maina is a senior consultant of the firm. He started practicing as a litigation lawyer in Italy, handling judicial disputes in the contract and labor sectors. Subsequently, he worked as an in-house counsel of a major Italian company, where he widened his experience in commercial law. In 1996 he joined Brosio, Casati e Associati, which was merged with Allen & Overy two years later. Since then, he has been focusing on foreign investment projects in China, where he also served as Chief Representative of Brosio, Casati e Associati - Beijing Office. He joined Wyselead in 2004. He has substantial experience in China related matters, including foreign direct investment, M&A, corporate restructuring, technology transfer and labor.
